This year, the Open de España returns to Club de Campo Villa de Madrid from Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 6, 2019. This is all part of the 2019 European Tour schedule which began on November 2018. The European tour will be concluded in November 2019. The tour usually includes stops in places like Australia, Asia as well as South Africa. It usually also includes a ‘Desert Swing’ through the Middle East, this year’s swing happened between January and February.

This year’s Open de España promises spectacular mmoments with golfers like Rafa Cabrera Bello who will be teeing up with players like Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia for the first time ever. Sergio Garcia will be returning to Madrid 9 years after his last professional tournament in the capital; the Madrid Masters played at the Royal Horse Riding Society in 2010.
This is the fifth time Spain is going to be represented in a major and the Spanish trio will undoubtedly be gunning for a win. With a prize fund of €1,500,000, this year’s Open de España will measure up to last year’s tournament which was hosted in Centro Nacional de Golf. Jon Rahm finished as the winner of the 2018 Open de España.
Spanish players have always been favorites when it comes to betting.
